Richard Amos

Richard is responsible for the legal and company secretarial functions of AVID.

With more than 25 years’ experience, Richard is highly skilled in mergers and acquisitions and has worked across a wide range of sectors, including consumer goods, retail, food and beverage, telecommunications, and not-for-profits.

His varied skill set has seen him hold senior and executive leadership positions at Myer, Lion, MARCS and Vodafone (UK).

Richard also holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Economics with honours from the University of Sydney.
