Spiro Prevezanos

Managing acquisitions for the company’s national portfolio, Spiro has more than 18 years’ experience working across all aspects of business development and brings a solid understanding of major Australian markets and previously led business development activities for Crown Group and Stockland.

His work has included the acquisition and disposal of major mixed use, high density residential sites, commercial assets and master-planned residential community projects.

He is a Qualified Real Estate Valuer and an associate member of the Australian Property Institute, and also sits on the Infrastructure Committee at the Urban Development Institute of Australia (New South Wales).
