BUYER DEMAND DELIVERS A SELL-OUT AT CIRCA

A SURGE in sales has delivered leading residential developer Villa World a sell-out of its popular Circa estate at Nudgee.
The 152-home community was launched in 2011 and offered a range of three- and four-bedroom family homes just 12km from Brisbane’s CBD.
Villa World plans to release a new phase of the Circa community in December, according to Villa World senior development manager Gary Hunter.
Mr Hunter said the swift sell-out pointed to pent-up demand for affordable new homes on Brisbane’s north side.
“Nudgee is a desirable area for families and the product and price points we have been able to deliver at Circa have resonated with this market,” he said.
“We are very proud to have delivered what is now a beautiful, established community.”
Circa Metro, a collection of 88 townhomes within the Circa estate, has also sold out.
“Circa Metro offered buyers the opportunity to buy into the same sought-after location but at a lower price point and with less maintenance required than a standalone home,” said Mr Hunter.
Mr Hunter said Villa World was already planning its next release, adjoining the existing Circa site, in order to continue strong sales momentum.
“Buyers’ affinity with Circa has encouraged us to move forward with new stages of the community,” he said.
Also in Brisbane’s north, Villa World is in the final stages of its successful Park Vista community at Mango Hill and is laying plans for a new community in Joyner, called Riva.
Circa is close to a range of primary, secondary and tertiary educational facilities including Nudgee College, Australian Catholic University and Earnshaw State College.
There is easy access to public transport with a bus route running past the estate and a train station just 900m away in the Banyo Village shopping precinct.
Established in 1986, Villa World is Queensland’s oldest ASX-listed developer and one of Australia’s largest housing providers.
Villa World creates value through a simple philosophy of quality craftsmanship, design innovation and enduring relationships. Today, more than 35,000 Australians call a Villa World address home.
