BUYERS have snapped up the first two releases of Villa World’s designer terraces at the $300 million Arundel Springs community on the Gold Coast with the developer releasing the latest instalment to meet market demand.
Villa World launched the first 15 Arundel Springs Residences in November 2018, followed by a further 21 terraces in February this year and has experienced a surge in sales with only one remaining.
Arundel Springs Development Manager Kevin Morse said the continued sales momentum had prompted the developer to release a further 19 terrace homes.
“We’ve sold 35 terraces in less than a year to date, so they have certainly proven popular with buyers and we’re excited to be bringing another 19 to the market,” Mr Morse said.
“We have already welcomed the first terrace buyers to the community who are enjoying their new homes in the first two stages and we look forward to welcoming many more happy homeowners.
“It’s a great opportunity to secure a spacious and well-designed home without the designer price tag and buyers have been quick to recognise this.” he said.
The double storey, three-bedroom terrace homes include master ensuites with walk-in-robes, open plan living-dining spaces, a covered patio, a multipurpose room, two bathrooms and a powder room.
Each terrace home comprises a double lock-up garage, spacious living areas and seamless outdoor living as well as rendered exteriors, timbered paneling and premium natural colour palette finishes.
First home buyer Lauren Madsen was among the buyers who were quick to secure a terrace home, deciding to purchase the three-bedroom, two-bathroom home only two weeks after viewing the property.
Ms Madsen said buying brand-new wasn’t something she’d considered achievable before seeing the Arundel Springs Residences.
“Being a first home buyer I’d been looking mostly at apartments because they were in my price range,” Ms Madsen said.
“I visited Arundel Springs and saw what a great location it’s in and the quality of the terraces and was surprised at what was on offer within my budget.
“Being in such a central location was a huge selling-point for me and the terrace itself was certainly the best property I looked at,” she said.
Ms Madsen said she planned on living at Arundel Springs long-term but had also been drawn to the terrace home as it was a solid investment.
“Arundel Springs is very close to the tram line and the highway, so it’s easy to commute and also make the trip up to Brisbane.
“I’m confident when the time comes that it will be easy to rent which is re-assuring especially as it’s my first home purchase,” she said.
Arundel Springs is within a 10-minute drive from Westfield Helensvale, A.B. Paterson College, Griffith University, Gold Coast University Hospital and the M1. Arundel Springs is just three minutes from Arundel Hills Golf and Country Club and Arundel Plaza.
Only 9 lots of land remain at Arundel Springs which is priced from $315,000 and ranges in size up to 477 sqm.
The Arundel Springs sales display suite is open daily from 10am to 5pm on Greenacre Drive, Arundel.
