Leading Australian developer AVID Property Group (AVID) has announced the appointment of two new executives to support the organisation’s strategic plan as it enters 2025.

AVID has appointed Scott Noble as its new CFO and Gregory Tupicoff as its new Project Director Queensland, bringing a combined 55 years of industry experience to the organisation.

In his new role, Mr Noble will drive the financial performance of the business, while Mr Tupicoff will provide strategic oversight to the development and delivery of AVID’s Queensland residential communities, under the guidance of General Manager Queensland Anthony Demiris.

Mr Noble most recently held CFO roles at Lincoln Place Lifestyle Estates and ASX-listed Ingenia Communities Group, and said he was energised by the opportunity to work with the award-winning developer in his new role.

“AVID is a market leader, and I am excited to collaborate with the team to help drive strategic initiatives across the business,” Mr Noble said.

“The company’s internal capabilities provide a solid foundation for scalability, and I am eager to help lead the way in driving positive change.

“AVID offers so many compelling reasons for me to join, they have a portfolio of vibrant and engaging projects, actively strive to be a great developer and workplace, and its strategy promises significant growth, while providing affordable housing options to home buyers and retirees.”

Mr Tupicoff started his property career in town planning, offering him a unique vision for the urban master-planned communities he has developed over the past 30 years in Queensland and the Northern Territory.

“My career has been about delivering great urban outcomes and with AVID I can see the opportunity to add value with my experience while being part of a high-performing, industry-leading team,” Mr Tupicoff said.

“To see people move into communities and enjoy the places and spaces we create is, at the human level, the true delivery outcome any developer or town planner wants to see, and I am looking forward to being a part of this future for AVID.”

AVID CEO Cameron Holt said the appointments represented exciting opportunities for the business and capitalised on the strengths of both individuals.

“We are pleased to welcome both Scott and Greg to our team – their extensive experience and passion for the industry aligns with our vision for the future of AVID,” Mr Holt said.

“Their expertise will be invaluable as we continue to scale our operations and execute on our ambitious strategy and reinforces our commitment to fostering innovation and growth.”
