Horizon Festival at Harmony

August 14, 2018 | IN Media Release and News | BY Holly Brennan | 1 min read

For three art-fuelled days, you will be able to experience the creative soul of the Sunshine Coast right here at Harmony.

From 31 August to 2 September, Harmony will be home to Horizon Festival’s String Symphony – a free, large-scale, hand-woven installation that uses more than a kilometre of rope. The mesmerising installation invites audience members to become puppeteers and bring the illuminated giants to life, from 2pm to 8pm every day.

To celebrate the installation, we will have feast of food trucks every day, including two of our favourites Neshama and Good Food Fellas, plus the loveable Larrikin Puppets will be performing daily from 4pm to 5pm next to KAI Coffee.

This is certainly not an event to be missed, get your friends and family together and join us for a music filled weekend, with giant puppets, stilt walkers, face painting and free putt-putt mini golf.
