NEW LIFESTYLE OPTIONS AT THE SANCTUARY

LEADING residential developer Villa World has unveiled its newest community in the Gold Coast-Brisbane Corridor with the launch of The Sanctuary at Waterford.
The 81-lot project within Lend Lease’s award-winning Woodlands masterplanned community at Logan will deliver a range of aspirational yet attainable house and land packages.

Mr Plenca said the development process to date had been swift.

The Sanctuary’s first display home will open in mid-June. Lots in Stage 1 range in size from 320sqm to 800sqm and homes are priced from $392,000.
The Sanctuary at Woodlands is close to a number of public and private schools, tertiary institutions and shopping centres including Waterford Plaza and Beenleigh Marketplace.
