SALES PROMPT NEW ERA

QUEENSLAND developer Villa World has unveiled the next stage at its sought-after Era community at Capalaba in Brisbane’s bayside.

The 39 designer homes in stage five at Era will be priced from $498,000.

Each of the architect-designed homes includes high ceilings, stone bench tops, designer kitchen fixtures and a central media hub with USB and network outlets.
Stage five will also see the construction of the community’s centrepiece park with shaded playground, picnic shelter and landscaped green space.
Villa World development manager Peter Johnson said the local market had embraced the community.
“Buyers at Era are predominantly end-user families who are looking to upgrade their lifestyle,” Mr Johnson said.
“Era features Villa World’s Vogue range of home finishes which is appealing to this market.”

Among Era’s newest residents are Caren and Jamie Joyce, who spent more than six months looking for the right location to build their dream home.
Their search, which encompassed suburbs primarily on Brisbane’s north side, ended in the couple purchasing a two storey, four-bedroom home at Era.
Mrs Joyce said Villa World’s one deposit, one contract and one final payment model was a major selling point.
“We originally were only interested in buying land and building our own home, but when we visited the Era display home we instantly fell in love,” she said.
“Villa World delivered us a completed home – everything was included from the interior design to the landscaping.
“When it was time for us to move in, we did exactly that and everything was taken care for us.
“Our home was beautifully designed to complement Redland’s coastal setting with premium ‘extras’ included in the fixed price.”

Four-bedroom homes in stage five will be built on blocks ranging in size from 301sqm to 892sqm.

Era will ultimately comprise 200 homes just minutes from public and private schools, shopping centres, medical services and sports facilities.

Coolnwynpin Creek Parkland runs through the community which is also bordered by bushland reserve and parkland.

Visit the Era Sales Centre and display home on Springbrook Drive, just off Redland Bay Road, from 10am until 5pm daily.
