ROBUST sales have encouraged listed Queensland developer Villa World to launch the final stage of its stylish $40 million Circa Metro townhomes project at Nudgee.
The release of the last 26 designer residences within Circa Metro follows 20 sales totaling almost $9 million this year.
The strong sales run has left just three townhomes for sale in the current stage, prompting Villa World to bring on the final offering.
Villa World development manager Geoff Burn said Circa Metro’s affordable price point, sought-after location and low maintenance offering had drawn in a range of local and out-of-town investors.

Each of Circa Metro’s three-bedroom townhomes feature open-style kitchens with stainless steel appliances and stone benchtops, open-plan living areas leading to an outdoor entertaining patio, and a lock-up garage.
Some designs offer extras such as a study nook or an additional car space.
