LEADING developer Villa World has begun construction of the final phase of its Circa community at Nudgee after selling 50 per cent of the offering in the first two months.
The final stage of the Circa community, comprising 57 homes, was released to the market in December last year, prompted by the project’s popularity and swift sell-out of the original masterplan.
Circa’s new phase adjoins the existing estate and contains two stages with contemporary family homes selling from $588,000 on blocks ranging from 444sqm to 677sqm in size.
Villa World senior development manager Murray Simpson said the commencement of the final phase was well timed following the sell-out and settlement of the original Circa.
“We are pleased to have been able to continue our presence in Nudgee and keep up with high demand for attainable family homes on Brisbane’s north side,” he said.
“Construction has already started on 20 homes in stage two of Circa’s final phase which will see the first residents move in by the middle of the year.
“These are the final offerings at Circa and as such the market is displaying a sense of urgency.”
The original 152-home community was launched in 2011 and offered a range of three- and four-bedroom family homes just 12km from Brisbane’s CBD.
The community is close to a range of primary, secondary and tertiary educational facilities including Nudgee College, Australian Catholic University and Earnshaw State College.
There is easy access to public transport with a bus route running past the estate and a train station just 900m away in the Banyo Village shopping precinct.
