LEADING developer Villa World is capitalising on its momentum on Brisbane’s northside with the launch of Haven on Greens, a new boutique community at Griffin.

Mr Ashwood said civil works had started on the development site with construction of houses to begin in early 2017.
The architect-designed homes will come in a diverse range of designs finished in a mix of traditional timber, brickwork, cladding and rendered features.
All homes will have a designer kitchen with stone benchtops and stainless steel appliances, a double lock-up garage and full landscaping.
Residences will be on blocks ranging in size from 375sqm to 749sqm, and the home prices start from $488,000.
Haven on Greens is located just east of the Bruce Highway and close to the Dohles Rocks Road exit, and within 500m of the North Pine River.
It is close to a number of public and private schools as well as the University of the Sunshine Coast’s new Petrie campus and a wide array of retail options including Westfield North Lakes.
