Villa World achieves a sellout at Riva

NATIONAL residential developer Villa World has tapped into a final flurry of interest from first-home buyers to achieve a sellout at Riva on Brisbane’s northside.
Villa World has wrapped up the 81-lot land-only development at Joyner a little over two years since its launch, with sales in recent months buoyed by younger buyers looking to lock in the boosted first-home buyers grant before its expiry at the end of June.
Riva, surrounded by parks and adjacent to a golf course just east of Lake Samsonvale, has been a strong performer for Villa World which launched the development at the end of 2015 targeting local second and third homebuyers looking to upgrade.
Villa World development manager Gary Hunter said the government grant had helped Riva attract a broader demographic in the past year.
“Riva’s success is attributed to the fact that the development has provided the market with a quality product with a modest price tag,” Mr Hunter said.
“Affordable sites with an easy commute to the city are increasingly in short supply and this also spurred sales across the board at Riva.”
The northside estate provides easy access to a hub of amenities including shopping, education and medical facilities at North Lakes.
Villa World is enjoying a solid sales run on Brisbane’s booming northside. Hard on the heels of the Riva sellout, the developer has just released the second stage of Haven on Greens, further south at Griffin.
Haven on Greens comprises 66 architect-designed homes with a select range of larger premium home sites available for buyers with their own designs in mind.
