LISTED Queensland developer Villa World is making inroads into the Gold Coast’s northern growth corridor with one community nearing sell out and another project gaining strong market traction.
Just a handful of homes remain for sale at Villa World’s popular Parkside community, which features a near-1.67ha park including playgrounds, cycling and walking paths as well as multiple dining and relaxation zones.
Nestled in a bushland setting just east of the M1 at Coomera, the community is within minutes of public and private schools, childcare centres, Coomera Train Station, shopping centres, sporting facilities and entertainment venues.
Buyers have already pounced on more than 50 per cent of Parkside’s seventh and final stage, where just 29 homes remain for sale from $470,000.
Villa World development manager Peter Johnson said Parkside’s affordability, amenity and location were key drivers of diverse buyer activity at the project.
“Coomera is regarded as one of the Gold Coast’s fastest growing areas, and consequently Parkside has attracted end user and investor buyers,” he said.
“The completion of the park facilities, walking paths and near completion of the estate has galvanised family buyers recently, leaving us with just a few homes to sell.
“The sales success of Parkside is providing a great transition to our new residential projects at Arundel and Jacobs Well.”
Villa World is now intensifying the sales effort at its Seabright development, comprising 107 homes at bayside Jacobs Well.
Villa World development manager Peter Johnson said half of the 26 homes in the first release of Seabright had sold.
Mr Johnson said location, affordability, and Jacobs Well’s coastal village atmosphere were appealing to Seabright buyers, particularly first and second home purchasers.
“With the M1 just a short drive away, residents get the benefit of living in a relaxed coastal environment while being close to major employment hubs like Brisbane, Yatala and the Gold Coast,” he said.
“The fact that Southern Moreton Bay is on the doorstep means boaties have quick and easy access to the Jacobs Well boat ramp and to Tipplers Passage.
Priced from $415,000, homes at Seabright will have open-plan living spaces connecting with a covered patio, a designer kitchen with stone benches and stainless steel appliances, premium fixtures, a double lock-up garage, and Colorbond roofing.
