Villa World’s Arundel Springs continues to flourish

August 1, 2019 | IN Media Release and News | BY AVID | 3 min read

Villa World’s $300 million Arundel Springs development on the central Gold Coast has continued its stellar sales run securing $53.44 million in sales over the last 12 months and reaching a near sell-out of land.

Only 15 land lots remain at the community, one of the Gold Coast’s best-selling projects, having sold 291 lots since its launch in mid-2017.

Arundel Springs Development Manager Kevin Morse said the wide range of home builders on offer and the development’s location had resulted in the ongoing sales momentum.

“The opportunities are endless with buyers having the freedom to select a builder of their choice and really create a dream home, and this has been a real hit with our purchasers,” Mr Morse said.

“The central location, which literally has everything from transport to shopping within minutes, has been one of the strongest selling points for Arundel Springs – there really isn’t a community comparable in such a centralised location that offers the amenities surrounded by the amazing parklands that have been created.

“Pair this with the community’s lifestyle facilities and you can see why we’ve had to fast-track the release of multiple stages to keep up with demand.

Mr Morse commented that as part of Villa World’s commitment to enhancing the lifestyle of residents, a park complete with play equipment and facilities adjoining the Coombabah Lakelands had been incorporated into the community.

“We’ve welcomed many first home buyers and families to Arundel Springs who not only want a home, but a community,” Mr Morse said.

“This is something Villa World has worked hard to deliver across all of its developments by promoting active living and providing outdoor spaces which encourage homeowners to really make the most of their community.”

“Buyers have certainly seen the value on offer at Arundel Springs not only from an affordability perspective, but a lifestyle one,” he said.

Villa World in conjunction with the City of Gold Coast Council has transformed a once forgotten area adjacent to Arundel Springs into an urban wilderness spending more than $3 million to create a space for the whole community to enjoy.

The area which is now home to a range of wildlife has earned recognition at state level by the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA) winning the coveted industry Infrastructure category.

Arundel Springs is within a 10-minute drive from Westfield Helensvale, A.B. Paterson College, Griffith University, Gold Coast University Hospital and the M1. Arundel Springs is just three minutes from Arundel Hills Golf and Country Club and Arundel Plaza.

Only 18 lots of land remain at Arundel Springs which is priced from $315,000 and ranges in size from 350 sqm to 476 sqm.

The Arundel Springs sales display suite is open daily from 10am to 5pm on Greenacre Drive, Arundel.
