One our most significant milestones formed in recent years was the acquisition of Villaworld Homes; a trusted, well-established Australian builder, whose values perfectly matched AVID’s own. In October 2019 we acquired residential property developer Villa World, which saw our portfolio of projects increase from 10 to 37 and a growing portfolio placing this number of 40.

The combined business has strengthened our market share, positioning AVID as a key national property industry contributor with more than 15,000 residential blocks delivered and being delivered across Australia’s eastern seaboard.

However, there’s more to us than the proverbial ‘bricks and mortar’. We are expanding our commitment to local economies by sourcing goods and hiring people locally.

We are contributing to community not just with the usual sponsorship approach but with meaningful infrastructure investment and participation in community development, environmental and sustainability initiatives. We have big ideas and we have the enthusiasm to deliver them.

That’s why as part of the AVIDConnect customer service commitment, a dedicated Customer Ambassador will be with you every step of the way home. They’ll start with a ‘Next Steps’ meeting, taking you through the journey and what you need to know. You’ll then receive regular SMS and emails with development updates, key milestones and helpful tips. When purchasing a Villaworld home you’ll also have 24/7 access to a personalised, customer portal, keeping you in the know at all times.
