One our most significant milestones formed in recent years was the acquisition of Villaworld Homes; a trusted, well-established Australian builder, whose values perfectly matched AVID’s own. This combined expertise has enabled us to provide complete, quality home solutions for buyers looking for a seamless experience purchasing a brand-new home. All of this in a meticulously designed neighbourhood, without compromising on choice or style.

AVID Property Group is proud of all the many awards and honours our communities have received over the years. Our crowning achievement however came in 2023 when the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) named ‘Harmony’ our flagship community on the Sunshine Coast, Australia’s Project of the Year and Best Masterplanned Community.

AVID Property Group (AVID) is a dynamic and diversified residential community builder-developer. Our current portfolio of 45 projects in near-city and sought-after regional locations in Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales and reflects a gross revenue pipeline of $5 billion, with over 75,000 residents living within AVID communities.

Our holdings encompass broadacre land projects, masterplanned communities, completed house and land packages and apartments, with our portfolio to expand with the introduction of resort communities. Through strategic capital investment in quality land in high growth areas, AVID intends to continue to bring to market housing opportunities for all buyer segments.

The opportunity for product innovation and affordability of housing choice continues to drive our investment strategy.

In 2019, we acquired ASX-listed Villa World Limited which has been creating homes for more than 30 years; and added its portfolio of land communities and home building expertise to our portfolio.

In 2024 AVID launched Vantage by AVID Property Group to broaden the diversity of their offering and provide a land lease living solution for the over 55s market.

With a focus on leaving a legacy, AVID and Villaworld Homes are proud to be officially certified to ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 OH&S Management System by Best Practice Certification. This reflects our emphasis on minimising our impact on the environment and provides our residents with the confidence of knowing we are continually striving to improve our sustainability initiatives. But it’s not just our respect for the environment that meets international standards, it’s also the care we show for our people, with our accreditation for Occupational Health & Safety Management recognising our ongoing commitment to the safety and wellbeing of those who really matter.
 
AVID and Villaworld Homes have taken several steps to improve our operations and ISO 45001 is an international standard that organisations receive when they develop efficient safety systems, while keeping the standard of the final service of a high standard. This means that atop our list of priorities as we a business is a commitment to preventing workplace injury and illness.
