To further strengthen the group’s capabilities and expertise, AVID purchased leading residential builder Villaworld Homes in 2019. This collaboration has provided further opportunities for customers seeking greater peace of mind, and a simpler way to buy a brand-new home in a meticulously designed neighbourhood. Their launch of Vantage by AVID Property Group in 2024, established an alternative home ownership offering for over 55’s. Our holdings encompass broadacre land projects, master planned communities, completed house and land packages and apartments, with our portfolio to expand with the introduction of resort communities.

We foster a bold vision, to grow and diversify our business by consistently pushing to progress and innovate beyond the expectation of a traditional property developer. Villaworld Homes

In 2019, AVID Property Group acquired ASX-listed Villa World Limited. This extended our land holdings, added home construction to our portfolio, and allowed us to drastically expand our collection of communities, in just a few years, thus ensuring continued diversity and growth of our company.

Vantage by AVID

AVID Property Group (AVID) launched its lease communities (LLC) business in early 2024, expanding its portfolio into an entirely new market and customer base. AVID’s entry into the land lease market marked a significant milestone for the business and acts an extension of its vision – to create affordable and connected multi-generational communities.

AVID has designed its Vantage communities to appeal to active empty-nester Australians who see value in the LLC model and the lifestyle benefits it offers. It was important to create a high quality, considered home offering that reflects the diverse needs and wants of this home buyer market including affordability. To meet this demand, AVID offers a range of homes at varying price points in each of its Vantage communities.

A unique feature of Vantage is its fee structure. Within each community, all homeowners have access to the same extensive community facilities, amenities and services and pay the same simple weekly fee – no matter the size of the home they own. This consistency in fees and diverse home offering is all part of AVID’s combined effort to create a strong sense of community and bring people together.

In many cases, Vantage communities will act as an extension of AVID’s existing masterplanned residential communities, supporting its overarching promise and vision to create a truly diverse, and unique multigenerational community.

AVID Property Group is proud of all the many awards and honours our communities have received over the years.
