Seabright coming to Jacobs Well

A NEW community of affordable family homes is coming to the peaceful village of Jacobs Well at the hands of leading Queensland developer, Villa World.

To be called Seabright, the community will comprise 107 designer homes on Helmore Road, just one kilometre from the Jacobs Well boat ramp.

Homes at Seabright will be priced from $412,000 and each will have open-plan living spaces connecting with a covered patio, a designer kitchen with stone benches and stainless steel appliances, premium fixtures, a double lock-up garage and Colorbond roofing, with some to also feature a multi-purpose family room.

Villa World development manager Kevin Morse said the vision for Seabright was affordable three- and four-bedroom homes that appealed to first and second home buyers.

“We believe it will also attract downsizers seeking a ‘seachange’ without sacrificing modern conveniences,” he said.

Mr Morse said the seaside suburb was an ideal residential location thanks to its village feel, location halfway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, and its proximity to the M1.

“Residents have the benefit of living in a relaxing coastal environment while having easy access to the employment hubs of Yatala, Gold Coast and Brisbane,” he said.

“The location will appeal particularly to boaties who will have easy access to the Jacobs Well Boat Ramp and Tipplers Passage beyond.”

Seabright is less than 1km from the Jacobs Well Boat Ramp and a short drive to schools, child care, shops and medical facilities.

The project is located on Helmore Road, just off Pimpama-Jacobs Well Rd.

The launch of Seabright follows the sales success of Villa World’s Coomera community, Parkside, where just 60 of its 179 homes are still available.
