Terms and Conditions – October 2024

1. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to all email recipients in the AVID Property Group “Vantage by AVID New Direct Debit Authority Campaign” commencing at 9am 11 October 2024 to 5pm 8 November 2024 (AEST) (Promotion Period).
3. To enter this competition, during the Promotion Period you must complete the Vantage by AVID Direct Debit Form from Newbook via the link in the email.
4. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
5. Completion of hard copy Direct Debit Forms are not eligible.
6. Entry into the competition is limited to one per household.
7. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter the Prize Draw.
8. The competition runs during the Promotion Period.
9. This competition is a game of chance and the winner will be determined by a random draw from valid entries by the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final.
10. The prize winner will be drawn on 11 November 2024 at 2pm (AEST). The winner will be notified on the day by email.
11. Total prize: 1 x $3,000 Prezzee Travel eGift card.

12. These prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If, for any reason, the winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter.
13. The Promoter does not accept any liability or assume any responsibility in any way arising out of, or in connection with:
    a. the use of the Prezzee Gift Card;
    b. any card faults or defects; or
    c. if the winner is unable to use the Prezzee Gift Card for any reason including if the Prezzee Gift Card is damaged or lost.
14. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected emails or mail.
15. If for any reason this competition is not capable of being run as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition without any notice to participants.
16. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
    a. inaccurate or incorrect transcription of entry information;
    b. non-receipt of entries for any reason;
    c. problems or technical failure of any kind;
    d. unavailability or inaccessibility of any service or website;
    e. unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
    f. electronic or human error; or
    g. any damage or loss (direct or indirect) suffered by reason of any act or omission of the Promoter, its employees or contractors in relation to this competition or supply of a prize.
17. Any personal data relating to the Participant will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection and privacy legislation, and in accordance with the AVID Privacy Policy:
