Warner Community Unveils First Display Homes Amid Region Growth

As more Queenslanders increasingly look to call well-connected regional suburbs home, one Moreton Bay masterplanned community is meeting demand unveiling its first display homes.
With Moreton Bay estimated to add an additional 210,000 resident by 20411, award-winning developer, AVID Property Group’s (AVID) Élan community is continuing to grow, most recently unveiling two new display homes.
AVID Executive General Manager and Acting General Manager Queensland Bruce Harper said the Élan community, which is set to deliver 387 homes to the region, appeals to a diverse range of buyers for its convenient location and connection to nature.
