AVID bolsters portfolio with $68 million Hillstowe project

AVID Property Group (AVID) has strengthened its foothold in Victoria with the acquisition of nearly 14 hectares of land in Officer for Hillstowe, the newest addition to AVID’s growing portfolio of exceptional residential communities across Australia.

Building on the success of their Bloomdale at Diggers Rest and Savana at Wyndham Vale communities, Hillstowe is tipped to be the developer’s most intimate community, with only 204 exclusive lots nestled in the Cardinia Shire’s most sought after pocket.

AVID Property Group General Manager Victoria, Peter Vlitas said the acquisition forms part of AVID’s growth strategy in Victoria and supports the national goal to grow and diversify the company’s value by 2021.

“There is an increasing demand for greenfield sites in Victoria in particular the south-east corridor, where there is a lack of supply”.

The first lots are expected to settle in March 2020 with the development anticipated to reach completion by November 2021.
