AVID bolsters VIC and apartment businesses with two new appointments

All eyes are on AVID Property Group as it welcomes a fresh injection into its senior leadership team, flagging a strengthening of its Victorian business and a push into the apartment and medium density housing market.
Peter Vlitas has joined the ambitious development company as the General Manager of Victoria, while Danny Boubli has come on board in a newly-created Project Director role and will drive the company’s focus on apartments and medium density dwellings.
Peter Vlitas said he was looking forward to supporting AVID’s national goal to triple the company’s value over the next five years.

“The company has solid plans to diversify its business and I am excited to drive AVID’s growth opportunities in Victoria,” he said.
Mr Vlitas has extensive experience in land development, residential, medium density and detached housing management across the full development life cycle.
He has held senior positions in a number of prominent Australian private and government housing and development companies, including Development Victoria and AVJennings.
AVID’s new Project Director Danny Boubli draws on more than 30 years’ experience in urban development.
Mr Boubli has worked on all sides and stages of residential land and apartment projects for developers including Leighton Properties, Mirvac and Aust-Equity Properties.

The new appointments come following last month’s announcement that Former Crown Group National Business Development Director Spiro Prevezanos who joined the company as National Acquisitions Manager.
