AVID Property Group (AVID) has again proven to be exemplary in responding to customer’s needs, taking out three award wins at one of the industry’s most acclaimed marketing competitions.
The 2018 Australian Marketing Institute (AMI) Awards for Marketing Excellence were announced at a gala ceremony in Sydney on Wednesday 10 October 2018.
This year, more than 200 organisations entered the AMI Awards for Marketing Excellence and there were more than 220 entries.
AVID, which has a $3 billion national property portfolio, won awards with its masterplanned residential communities Harmony at the Sunshine Coast in Queensland and Harvest in Chisholm, New South Wales.
AVID’s award wins included:
- National award: Property Marketing – Harmony by AVID Property Group in conjunction with Martins Brand House, and Harvest by AVID Property Group
- Queensland state award: Integrated Marketing Communications – Harmony by AVID Property Group
- New South Wales state award: Property Marketing – Harvest by AVID Property Group
AVID Director Cameron Holt said both communities were examples of AVID’s vision of becoming a market leader in the creation of sustainable residential communities.
“Our business goals have been strongly represented and our team’s constant push to produce highly-creative marketing strategies that are organic, traditional and authentic are exemplified in both the Harvest and Harmony developments,” Mr Holt said.
Harvest is a 410-block master-planned residential community in the Lower Hunter Valley of NSW, which is home to more than 1,000 people and is expected to be completed later this year. Harmony is a 4,800-block emerging community nestled in the heart of the Sunshine Coast.
The AMI awards are another feather in the cap for AVID Property Group, having recently won the best Marketing – Land Development category at the Urban Development Institute of Australia awards evening for its Harvest development.
