Breezes 

Breezes Muirhead is an award winning 1,100 lot residential estate currently being developed in Muirhead, in Darwin’s northern suburbs. It features the Northern Territory’s first seven star energy rated Sales & Information Centre and the largest award winning builder’s display village in the NT. The estate is in close proximity to extensive educational, retail, medical and community facilities, along with some of city’s most popular recreational attractions. Breezes Muirhead is a Joint Venture Development between AVID Property Group and Defence Housing Australia (DHA).

The project vision for Muirhead is to deliver a climatically and socially responsive masterplanned community, and provide a range of housing product to cater for a diverse demographic and local demand, including the incorporation of affordable housing solutions appropriate for the local market. In conjunction with DHA, AVID Property Group has established an agreement with Greening Australia and ALEP to educate indigenous students on landcare and in effect provide them with life skills and employment.
