Community Comes to Life as Arundel Springs Nears Sell-out

This month marks the final opportunity to secure a home at Arundel Springs by AVID Property Group (AVID), with less than 20 homes remaining at the fully established community.

The multi-award-winning boutique residential community, which has been snapped up by first home buyers and owner occupiers, has sold more than 284 blocks of land and 90 completed Villaworld Homes since it launched in mid-2017.

AVID General Manger Queensland Bruce Harper said Arundel Springs was expected to reach complete sell-out in just a matter of months.

“It’s not hard to see why Arundel Springs has been so popular with buyers,” Mr Harper said.

“Homes are surrounded by a striking natural landscape and offer plenty of open space and amenities that support the active, outdoor lifestyle that we all love here on the Gold Coast.

“Arundel Springs is a true success story, and we are tremendously proud of the community that has been created here.”

Brand new homes that remain on the market include 13 terrace homes and four single-storey designer homes which are ready to move into. All land has now completely sold.

Mr Harper said Arundel Springs offered a unique combination of ready-to-build on land, terrace homes and a collection of designer homes, ready to move into.

“Only six of the remaining 24 homes at Arundel Springs are HomeBuilder Grant eligible, so we expect to see these go very quickly.

“There is something from everyone at Arundel Springs, and the variety of housing options combined with the location and accessibility have been real drawcards for young families in particular.”

Arundel Springs residents Carl and Claire Lane were looking for a new, modern home that they could downsize into.

“Our terrace home here at Arundel Springs is exactly what we needed. We have plenty of space without needing to do too much maintenance,” Mr Lane said.

“We have a great spot here, with a nice little backyard that doesn’t need a huge amount of upkeep, but it still allows us to entertain and enjoy meals outdoors.

“Our friends and family are all over the country, so to have a home that we can easily lock up and leave is ideal for us.”

Mr Lane said being part of an active-focused neighbourhood was a great way to get out and meet new people.

“Now that we are getting settled in our home, we look forward to getting out to the walking tracks and enjoying all that the community has to offer.

“We look forward to being able to enjoy our retirement here.”

Arundel Springs recently took out the National UDIA National Award for Excellence in Residential Development.

The community is located at the northern end of Greenacre Drive, Arundel, and sits beside the Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area, offering a natural backyard to residents.

The fully established community is close to the Helensvale Train Station, and a short walk to the Parkwood Light Rail Station and Arundel Plaza. It is a short drive to Westfield Helensvale and Helensvale Plaza. Arundel Springs is near to a range of education options, including A.B. Paterson College and Griffith University’s Gold Coast Campus.
