Sales Manager Simon Ewing had the pleasure of presenting one of the new home owners, David Lowe, with a bottle of champagne to congratulate him on his new home and welcome him to the Brentwood Forest family.

Mr Lowe said that he was looking in the area for three or four months before deciding on Brentwood Forest.

“Brentwood Forest ticked a lot of boxes for me – the location is great and the houses were really affordable,” said Mr Lowe.

While being both affordable and easy to maintain, Brentwood Forest homes are fully freehold, meaning buyers avoid the hassle of community titles, and benefit from continued rises in house prices.

“While there were units and townhouses in my price range, I was just looking at detached houses. I’m not really one for unit living.”

AVID Property Group General Manager Bruce Harper said the company was excited to be making great progress on the Tempo homes, providing something different in the Greater Springfield area.

“They are a great entry point into the housing market, and especially suit people who don’t want to deal with the hassle of lots of home and yard maintenance,” said Mr Harper.
