Harmony’s greenest neighbourhood comes to life

Buyers can now take a virtual tour of Palmview’s largest masterplanned community, Harmony by AVID Property Group, and see it’s greenest neighbourhood, Unity, come to life.
Surrounded by lush green reserves and more than 22 hectares of recreational parkland, the Unity neighbourhood will have direct access to Harmony’s Greenwall Parklands – a 1.6-kilometre walking and bike pathway.
The virtual tour – viewed from Harmony’s Sales and Information Centre – gives buyers an insight into what the landscape, parks and recreational spaces will look like at Harmony throughout the construction phase – right through the next decade.
AVID Property Group General Manager Queensland Bruce Harper said the virtual tour experience would appeal to buyers who wanted to visualise what the neighbourhood will look like once complete.
“This technology is a first for Harmony and will enable buyers to visualise what the community will really look like in five and even ten years’ time,” Mr Harper said.
“Users will be able to stroll down the future Greenwall Parklands, tour the future District Sports Park and the future district recreational park.
“When building a home in a new development, it can be hard to get a complete picture of what the whole community will be like just from looking at plans.
“This new tour of our Unity Precinct really allows buyers to immerse themselves into the community to get a good sense of what Harmony will actually look like and feel confident in their purchase decision.”
The release of the virtual tour comes as Harmony announced the release of 30 blocks in their latest land release Unity 9C ranging from 250m2 to 375m2 and ranging in price from $228,500 to $282,700.
