AVID Property Group (AVID) has last month fast-tracked its fifth land release in popular boutique community in Officer, Hillstowe by AVID Property Group, as sales remain strong with stage one completely sold out and 30 per cent of stage two already sold.

Since launching in July 2019, Hillstowe has experienced continued sales success as demand remains steady in Melbourne’s South East corridor– with the latest data from Core Projects indicating the region is currently outperforming all others ¹.

AVID Property Group General Manager Victoria Peter Vlitas said an additional 35 lots have been released at Hillstowe following a constant stream of enquiry from buyers looking to build in a more ‘country-style’ – yet connected – community.

“I was motivated to buy a home at Hillstowe because of the location, not only does it offer a great lifestyle, but the area is only going to grow – so that’s good for my investment,” Mr Herangi said.

“The community is close to everything I need and I’m looking forward to using the future park for BBQs – it’s going to have WIFI, which will be great for listening to music while I exercise outdoors.”

The $68 million community has celebrated several milestones in the first quarter of 2020, including commencing construction on stage one, and is set to soon unveil its community park design later in the year.

“We are looking forward to continuing to grow the Hillstowe community with the launch of our community park design later this year and the first houses due to be built onsite in the next few months,” Mr Vlitas said.

“We are especially looking forward to welcoming our first residents to Hillstowe in early next year.”
