AVID Property Group (AVID) has officially launched “Waterford” to the Chisholm community with the release of 35 new blocks and the grand opening of its custom-designed Sales and Information Centre.
AVID acquired Waterford (previously “Waterford County”) in mid-2017 from its previous developer and plans to grow the development from 750 to approximately 1650 blocks in total. The additional 900 blocks will be delivered in the next five years – spanning across 173 hectares.
The announcement marks the community’s official launch of land sales under its new name of “Waterford by AVID Property Group”.
AVID NSW Project Director Nathan Huon said the $583 million Waterford master-planned residential development will provide more than 1,160 jobs during the construction phase.
“We are pleased to have the opportunity to continue to grow the already impressive community established at Waterford,” Mr Huon said.
“With our Harvest development in Chisholm nearing completion, we’re pleased to remain in the area to build on our well-established community relationships.”
“Waterford is currently home to more than 1500 people and, upon completion in five years’ time, more than 3000 residents are expected to call the community home.
“At Waterford, there will be a range of house and land packages available through our partner builders, along with block sizes to suit a wide variety of options.”
Waterford’s newest land release, Vantage, offers 35 blocks ranging from 495sqm to 761sqm and priced from $242,000.
“The blocks available within ‘Vantage’ are positioned to face nature reserves, waterways, a future park and sports fields, which makes them attractive to buyers seeking an outdoor, active lifestyle,” Mr Huon said.
Mr Huon said potential homebuyers in the Lower Hunter would be treated to a comfortable, sophisticated buying experience in the new market-leading sales centre designed by award-winning industrial design firm Martins Brand House.
“Buyers will have the opportunity to navigate the variety of blocks and house and land packages on offer using innovative technology,” he said.
Waterford Sales and Information Centre will open seven days a week from 10am to 5pm with friendly staff members on site to help guide prospective home owners on their property journey. The centre will be located at 2 Settlers Boulevard, Chisholm.
