AVID Property Group’s (AVID) $3 billion masterplanned community, Harmony in Palmview, is preparing to open the community’s newest display home village – Harmony Display World – today.
The announcement comes just three years after Harmony opened its first Display World in late 2017 – then the largest display village north of Brisbane.
AVID Property Group General Manager Queensland Bruce Harper said the new space showcased a range of beautiful, innovative and technology-filled homes to suit first, second and even third home buyers.
“With innovatively designed homes that feature the latest design trends, from 20 local and national home builders, visitors are able to explore a wide variety of designs in one place to find the right fit for them,” Mr Harper said.
“In our new display village, we are welcoming four new home builders to Harmony and welcoming back many other builders from our first display village to help build and grow our community – one home at time.
“For the time being, display homes are open by appointment only for private tours so that prospective buyers are still able to immerse themselves in their potential new home and speak with our team to choose the right builder and home for them.
“Buyers have such diverse tastes, which is why we made sure there was a wide range of home designs available for visitors to experience in our new display village.
A number of homes in Harmony Display World cater to those who need a bit of extra space with separate granny flats that can double as home offices for small businesses to triple car garages for buyers who have a third vehicle be that a car or jet ski; others are an entertainer’s dream with high ceilings, rooftop terraces and outdoor water features.
“Whether you are looking to upgrade to a large family-sized home, are looking for something a little more low-maintenance or are just after some design inspiration, the new Harmony Display World has something to suit everyone,” Mr Harper said.
Returning Harmony Display World builder Simon Mullins from Edge Designer Homes said the team was excited to be continuing its work with AVID and its Harmony community.
“The amenities that AVID has built and are planning to build in the Harmony community are second to none and our clients have loved their homes that we have built in the Harmony community,” Mr Mullins said.
“With record demand for the community, it was an easy choice for us to continue to present our work in the new Display World.
“Display villages are a must for those looking to build – you can walk through display homes, judge the quality of a builders work, see what they are capable of and imagine yourself living in the perfect home for your family.”
