Leading developer Villa World is preparing to wrap up one of its most successful Queensland projects with the launch of the final stage at Park Vista in Mango Hill.
The 533-home community has been selling since September 2012 and is now home to more than 400 families.
Stage 7 will comprise a large release of contemporary family homes priced from $425,000 to $509,000 on blocks ranging in size from 367sqm up to an expansive 729sqm.
Villa World senior development manager Gary Hunter said Park Vista had hit the mark with an aspirational buyer demographic in Brisbane’s north.
“The estate has the benefit of proximity to North Lakes as well as Brisbane CBD and the airport,” he said.
“The prime location, affordable price point and high quality homes is a winning mix that has created strong appeal for families.
“Now we’re in the throes of our final stage which includes some of the best-located sites in the community.”
Mr Hunter said stage 7 was taking shape on a lake and bushland fringed section of the community.
“The benefit to incoming residents is that they are joining an already established and thriving community with parkland and walking tracks in place,” he said.
Park Vista’s townhome offering, Orana, is also selling well with 22 residences in the final stage, priced from $355,000.
Surrounded by 26 hectares of native bushland reserve, Park Vista’s three- and four-bedroom homes are within walking distance of the community’s fully landscaped parks.
Park Vista is well located for work, education and play with major shopping, recreational facilities and more than a dozen public and private schools nearby.
Westfield North Lakes and the Bruce Highway are only 2km away while North Lakes Resort Golf Club is within easy reach.
Established in 1986, Villa World is Queensland’s oldest ASX-listed developer and one of Australia’s largest housing providers.
Villa World creates value through a simple philosophy of quality craftsmanship, design innovation and enduring relationships. Today, more than 35,000 Australians call a Villa World address home.
