VILLA WORLD has thrown open the doors of the first display home at its latest Gold Coast project, Parkside Coomera.
The display will give prospective buyers a look inside the $50 million, 107-lot project located in the heart of the city’s northern growth corridor.
Villa World development manager Peter Johnson said the completion and opening of the display represented the first major construction milestone for the project.
“Buyers can now get a first-hand look at the end product and get a sense of what living at Parkside Coomera will be like,” he said.
“They can come in and satisfy their curiosity and get the answers to any questions they may have about the development and Villa World.”
Featuring an open-plan design with raked ceilings, the display home has four-bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas and a media room.
Stage 1 homes at Parkside Coomera are under construction and scheduled for completion in February. The four-bedroom homes are priced from $431,500.
Surrounded by bushland reserve and incorporating an extensive parkland precinct, Parkside Coomera was launched to the market earlier this year.
It is taking shape on an 11.2 hectare site that is within minutes of an array of public and private schools, childcare centres, Coomera Train Station, shopping centres, sporting facilities and entertainment venues.
The display home is located on Edwardson Drive, off Amity Rd, just east of the M1 at Coomera.
It is open from Saturday to Thursday, from 10am to 5pm.
Established in 1986, Villa World is Queensland’s longest-established ASX-listed housing developer and one of Australia’s largest integrated housing providers.
