NATIONAL developer Villa World has brought a touch of resort living to its Seascape project on Brisbane’s bayside with the launch of new pool and community facilities for residents.

The new facilities reflect the idyllic character of coastal living at Seascape, which will feature a community of 99 designer homes, nestled on an elevated waterside block overlooking the proposed Weinam Creek marina.

“Now that the recreational facilities of the project are complete, I believe we will see strong growth in sales over the next few months.

“Residents are already dipping their toes into the pool and as we head into summer we see the new facilities creating a real sense of community where everyone can get to know their neighbours in a casual, relaxed setting.

“Buyers can now physically see and experience for themselves the lifestyle we have envisioned for Seascape residents.”

Mr Morgan said Seascape combines the facilities and lifestyle that many Australians seek in a residential community.

Residents have access to a multitude of resort-style recreational facilities including a park, rich landscaping, as well as the swimming pool, clubhouse and barbeque facilities. A community vegetable garden is being included in stage three.

Seascape’s modern, designer homes are now selling from $435,000.

The display home is open Saturday to Wednesday from 10am to 5pm at 20 Salisbury Street, Redland Bay.
