Seascape complete pool and community facilities

NATIONAL developer Villa World has brought a touch of resort living to its Seascape project on Brisbane’s bayside with the launch of new pool and community facilities for residents.
The new facilities reflect the idyllic character of coastal living at Seascape, which will feature a community of 99 designer homes, nestled on an elevated waterside block overlooking the proposed Weinam Creek marina.
The three-bedroom architect-designed homes have appealed to buyers seeking a low maintenance home with a resort-like atmosphere and the added bonus of low body corporate fees.
The first two stages of Seascape, comprising 77 homes, are complete and 60 homes have already been sold. Stage three is under construction and expected to be released to the market in October.
Seascape development manager Craig Morgan said the bayside community had attracted a broad range of buyers, including young families, downsizers and investors.
“A great deal of the appeal of Seascape has been the low maintenance aspect of the residences and the coastal village vibe of the community,” Mr Morgan said.
“Now that the recreational facilities of the project are complete, I believe we will see strong growth in sales over the next few months.
“Residents are already dipping their toes into the pool and as we head into summer we see the new facilities creating a real sense of community where everyone can get to know their neighbours in a casual, relaxed setting.
“Buyers can now physically see and experience for themselves the lifestyle we have envisioned for Seascape residents.”
Mr Morgan said Seascape combines the facilities and lifestyle that many Australians seek in a residential community.
Residents have access to a multitude of resort-style recreational facilities including a park, rich landscaping, as well as the swimming pool, clubhouse and barbeque facilities. A community vegetable garden is being included in stage three.
Seascape’s modern, designer homes are now selling from $435,000.
The display home is open Saturday to Wednesday from 10am to 5pm at 20 Salisbury Street, Redland Bay.
