LEADING Queensland residential developer Villa World will set a new benchmark with the launch of its flagship community Rochedale Grand on Brisbane’s southside.
The 167-home development within the masterplanned Rochedale Urban Community will offer a premium collection of architect-designed residences.
Promising a lifestyle of luxury, Rochedale Grand will feature contemporary two-level homes fronting distinctive tree-lined avenues.
Villa World senior development manager Murray Simpson said Rochedale Grand represented a new level of design and quality for the company.
“These four-bedroom architect-designed luxury residences represent the top end of Villa World’s diverse range of family homes,” he said.
“Buyers in this area command a premium product, so Rochedale Grand’s homes and lifestyle will answer the call of what this market wants.”
Mr Simpson said with just 167 homes, Rochedale Grand will have an intimate, boutique character.
“It will be a serene community hidden from its suburban setting yet designed to maintain a connection with amenities in Sunnybank and Rochedale,” he said.
A display home is under construction and will be open for viewing from the first week of June.
Rochedale Grand is just a short walk from the site of the future Rochedale Town Centre, which will have 85,000sqm of retail and commercial space.
Four state and private schools are within a 3.5km radius of the community while an array of medical and sporting facilities and shopping centres, including Westfield Garden City, are close by.
Residents will have easy access to the Gateway Motorway and the Pacific Motorway, and several bus and train stations.
Formerly a farming district, Rochedale’s semi-rural character is being transformed into a vibrant and sustainable masterplanned community under the Rochedale Urban Community Local Plan.
Rochedale Grand’s luxury homes will be priced from $698,000 with an average price of $750,000.
Residences will feature either a dedicated study/office space or a centrally located smart hub with USB charging and data outlets.
Most designs will feature upstairs and downstairs family living areas that connect seamlessly with the outdoors.
Interior features will include state-of-the-art LED down lighting, ducted airconditioning, freestanding bath tubs and large walk-in wardrobes with his-and-her shelving.
The rendered exteriors will be complemented by cladding, Colorbond roofing, solid timber doors with glass panelling, double lock-up garages and full landscaping.
Rochedale Grand will take shape at the end of Hillcrest Street, adjacent to Gardner Road.
