AVID Property Group and Sienna Homes Release New Townhomes in Melbourne’s Desirable New West

Following on the back of AVID Victoria’s successful townhome releases, the developer is teaming up
with builder Sienna Homes to offer new townhomes at its Deanside “Carolina” community.

The release of 10 townhomes in the $210 million community “Carolina” – offers purchasers stylish, low
maintenance living at a great price.

The 10 double-storey townhomes available, range from ${419,990} for a two-bedroom home through to a four-bedroom, two-bathroom, where prices start at {$542,940}. (Correct at time of release.)

AVID Property Group Project Director Danny Boubli said the new release of off-the-plan townhomes
was in response to market demand for affordable, lifestyle-centric homes in the Caroline Springs area.

“Townhomes across our Victorian communities have been extremely popular, as they offer stylish, low
maintenance living at a lower price than say a house and big yard option,” Mr Boubli said.

“The new townhomes have cleverly designed floorplans to maximise useable space and natural light
throughout whilst also providing a compact, low maintenance living experience.

“These townhomes are located within a short walk from the future $1.7 million, two-hectare Carolina
Grand Linear Reserve – a one-kilometer green corridor featuring walking and cycling trails, open
green space and seating areas.

Mr Boubli said more townhomes would be included in Carolina’s master-planned community, due to
the offering’s rising popularity. So far, 45 townhomes have been released at Carolina, including the
addition of these new 10 which was in response to market demand.

“Townhomes are becoming an increasingly popular alternative to traditional housing, and hold strong
appeal amongst singles, young people, and couples looking for a new home, close to community
facilities,” he said.

Melbourne resident Ayman Zoghaib’s children, Mohammed, 22, and Njeab, 21, purchased an AVID
off-the-plan townhome recently in the nearby Sienna North community at Fraser Rise.

“The townhome appealed as it was close to home, at a good price point and was a great way for my
children to enter the market as first home buyers,” Mr Zoghaib said.

Carolina by AVID Property Group is a growing greenfield community, which is expected to sell out in 2024. It is located within a short drive to the retail, health and entertainment amenities in the existing Caroline Springs town centre.
